Celebrating Christmas at this hotel was a truly amazing experience. The dinner was absolutely delicious and the dining service was impeccable. The breakfast was also great with a good selection of fresh ingredients. The location was perfect, close to the train station, making it easy to explore the lovely town. The private grand bath was a real highlight, offering a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.
The hotel room was a bit small for three people, but it was clean and cozy. Also, the reception staff could have been more welcoming and helpful upon our arrival. We had to wait until check-in time to leave our luggage, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite these minor issues, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back to this charming town and hotel for another special occasion.

The breakfast and dinner were delicious and the dining service was excellent. the hotel's convenient location, a few hundred yards from the station, made it easy to get around. the onsite parking was a great perk since I was on a business trip and had a car.
The room was disappointing, it was too small for the three people it was supposed to accommodate. the bed linen and duvets were good, but the towels were small and overused.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff members are very polite and helpful. The location was very convenient, close to transportation and within walking distance to the city center. The facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful open-air onsen. The room was spacious and tidy, offering both western-style beds and a tatami area. The breakfast selection was fantastic and I enjoyed trying the local pudding from the hotel café.
Nothing to complain about at all.
